attractions-bergamo-old-townBergamo is a city and commune in Lombardy, about 40 km northeast of Milan. Bergamo is the second most visited city in Lombardy after Milan. It consists of two areas (the upper city and the lower city) from different eras. Lower city represents the modern Bergamo with its industrial, cultural and historical centers, and the upper city is an enchanting medieval tale. Our guide will walk you in the upper city and show all the famous landmarks.

The ancient cobbled streets, cozy restaurants and cafes, and wine cellars are also an integral part of our excursion. Local cheeses and sausages, wines and grappa are known in all of Italy. It’s worth tasting typical local dishes made from corn flour and dough puffs with a filling (casoncini).

It’s a tour to remember, perfect in any season and any weather!
