VENICE

veneciaVenice is the most amazing city in the world built on water. Venice appears in front of the traveler’s eyes like a beautiful mirage on the border of sea and land.

Sailing along the Grand Canal will allow you to see the enchanting panorama of the city. Blue sky overhead, water beneath, and all around – the magnificent buildings of the Byzantine architecture, Venetian Gothic and monumental Cinquecento.

Here is Venice, which celebrates: noisy, laughing and wasting time in Piazza San Marco, in Piazzetta o Schiavoni esplanade. Life pulses here all year long.

Later, in the lights of the evening city, pigeons go asleep, Florian, Quadri and Lavena start setting tables on the square. These cute, cozy cafes do not have neon signs, they still deliberately retain their old fashioned style, but many people are coming here. Music is playing. Saint Mark’s Basilica is glimpsing in the colors of the Italian evening.

Time passes here without concerns and thoughts. One can enjoy the serenity or join the year-round Venetian celebration.

The cost of a day trip to Venice with an attendant (8 hours) with transfer from Milan is:

– For a group of up to 4 people – 450 euro;

– 5-7 people – 490 euro.

  * Discounts for booking excursions for 1 or 2 persons.

You can order themed guided tour of Venice (extras):

Walk on the legends and history of Venice

(Sightseeing, walking, 3-hour)

Volumes can be devoted to the description of the beauties of Venice, but we will talk about the most famous, such as Piazza and Basilica of St. Mark, Bell Tower, Clock Tower, Doge’s Palace, the Straw Bridge and the Bridge of Sighs, San Zaccaria, Santa Maria Formosa, Rialto and Pescaria. Tour includes a visit to a workshop, where Venetian carnival and theater masks are made. During the tour you will hear some historical facts, some legends and get tons of positive emotions.

The Colors of Lagoon Islands

(Trip around the islands of the lagoon, 5-hour)

We suggest you get to know some art secrets.

Murano

In the 13th century the Venetians moved here all factories producing the world-famous Murano glass. You will see the Maestro working with a red-hot piece of glass and turning it into an art object. In the gallery you will see the works of outstanding masters and, if desired, buy or order exclusive pieces of Murano glass.

Torcello

Byzantine church of the 7th century, the place where Hemingway, inspired by local atmosphere, wrote his famous novel “Across the River and Into the Trees”. Legend of the Devil Bridge.

Burano

Vivid colors, unforgettable architecture, Christian holy sites and relics.

You will try delicious Venetian cuisine in a family restaurant (trattoria), where they serve fresh seafood and fish.

Movement between the islands can be done either by public water transport (vaporetto) or by ordering a private boat.

Bird’s-eye view of Venice (1-2 hours. Possible to combine with a sightseeing tour of Venice)

On the maps of Venice you can see all the details, but I would suggest you see Venice from the bird’s-eye view from a helicopter.

You will be taken by a sailing boat from Venice and delivered to the airport, where you will board a helicopter and make a fascinating journey by air over the lagoon and its islands. On board the aircraft you will see the Venitian lagoon, islands, water-ways for various ships, the Adriatic Sea. Impressive view!

Minimum order – for two people.

The maximum capacity – three passengers.

  * Prices for excursions without transfer – on request.
